Democracy Index
Democracy Index is an indicator showing how close a country is to a democratic type of government.
The index is calculated based on 5 components:
- Electoral process and pluralism
- Functioning of government
- Political participation
- Political culture
- Civil liberties

The data based on report by The Economist Intelligence Unit.

Crime Index
The crime rate is calculated on the basis of the number of intentional homicides per 100,000 people per year. The index is divided into 5 categories
- Very dangerous (more then 40 homicides)
- Dangerous (between 30 and 40 homicides)
- Normal (between 20 and 30 homicides)
- Secure (between 10 and 20 homicides)
- Safe zone (not more then 10 homicides)

The data taken from various official sources and spread over time from 2006 to 2018.

Unemployment Index
Unemployment index showing the percentage of unemployed in the country.
The index is divided into 5 categories
- Low unemployment (lower than 5%)
- Normal unemployment (between 5% and 10% considered optimal)
- High unemployment (between 10% and 20%)
- Very high unemployment (between 20% and 30%)
- Time to panic (more than 30%)

The data taken from various official sources and spread over time from 1998 to 2021.

Average salary
Average monthly salary before taxes.
The data is collected from official sources of countries and organizations such as the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) and UN ECE (United Nations Economic Commission for Europe).

Average expense
Average monthly expenses include a grocery basket and housing and communal services.
Calculated by the price index for goods and services in different countries.

Average rent price
Average monthly rent price in a country.
The data is taken from various official sources and spread over time from 2016 to 2021.

Recommended savings
Recommended savings for immigration process. Calculated as living expenses and rent price for 6 months.

Passport rating
Country passport rating. This rating is calculated based on the number of countries that can be visited with a country's passport without a visa.

Double citizenship
Countries may allow dual citizenship under certain conditions. If you saw a sign near Double citizenship parameter - hover over it for more information.

Official/Unofficial Languages
