Taxes

Education

Korean schools can surprise foreigners with their training organization.

The scholastic year starts at the beginning of spring. School vacations take place only 2 times a year, and last 1-1.5 months: July-August, December-February. An elementary school and intermediate school pupils have classes separately in different buildings. In South Korea, there is a single required school uniform.

Toddlers are instilled with a love of learning from an early age. They are taught to read, write and speak English from the age of 2-3. The government focuses on the English speaking. Kids begin study it already in kindergarten.

The apprenticeship scheme is paid and includes 3 stages:
• Elementary School. Kids are taught morality and general cultural education. Particular attention is paid to a foreign language proficiency.
• Junior high school. 7-9 grade. The child goes to the next grade, regardless of academic performance. The scorecard matters only in grade 9.

Healthcare

Climate
